Mark Budler, PGA Director of Golf

Mark has been a PGA Professional since 2011 after earning his degree from Evangel University and four year letterman on the golf team. In 2014 he earned his PGA Membership. Over his career he has worked for the Oklahoma Golf Association, was the Head Professional at Muskogee Golf Club and most recently the Director of Golf at Indian Springs from 2018-2025. Mark is an accomplished player and teacher of the game to players of all ages and ability levels from pee golfers ages 2+ all the way to senior golfers. He even taught short game to a tour player in recent years.

Mark and his family enjoy spending time on the golf course, traveling and being outdoors. Some of his personal accomplishments include:

Blake Ivy, PGA 1st Assistant Professional

Blake is a PGA professional who grew up in Neodesha, Kansas.  Upon graduating in 2016, Blake attended the University of Central Oklahoma where he completed the PGA professional golf management program and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2020.

Throughout Blake’s internships and following career, he has gained a great deal of experience in public golf, private golf, and tournament operations.  He most enjoys teaching the game to golfers of all skill levels and helping them enjoy playing the game more.

Blake has been married to Sadie, who works for the SoonerStart program under the State Department of Health, since 2020.  They welcomed their son, Kelce, in 2023.  They all love to enjoy the outdoors as a family.

Parker Rose PGA Associate, Assistant Professional

Parker Rose I am a dedicated athlete and scholar from Stigler, Oklahoma. Recently graduated with a Liberal Arts Degree in Corporate Communication from Northeastern State University. Earned 1st Team All-MIAA honors as well as Cobalt Academic All-American during my collegiate career . Currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Sports Science.

Janice Burba Gibson, Former LPGA Tour Player (1986-1998)

LPGA Teaching & Club Professional Member, PGA Class “A” Member since 1998. 

Janice’s love for the game of golf began at a young age while playing golf with her father. She played on the high school boys’ team at Hale High School, went on to play collegiate golf at Oklahoma State University, winning the Big Eight Championship and the Guadalajara Collegiate Invitational. 

Following graduation in 1985, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, she pursued her dream of playing professional golf and was fortunate enough to play for 12 years on the tour.

Following retirement from the LPGA in 1998, her focus turned to teaching golf on a full-time basis. She was under the mentorship of Jack Higgins, teaching legend and PGA lifetime Member, who welcomed her on his teaching staff at Broken Arrow Golf School. She continued teaching at Broken Arrow Golf School and playing professional golf on a part-time basis 1998-2001. Following the facility closure at Broken Arrow Golf School in 2001, Janice has taught lessons at Tulsa’s city municipal golf courses for 27 years.

LPGA Tour Member 1986-1998-witih 228 starts, played in 8 US Opens, and 4 LPGA Senior Championships
